Michaels New York Style Pizza

I absolutely love Michael's in Clifton! Our waitress, Brandy, was exceptional.

I give Michael's ZERO stars(had to pick a star to post this but they deserve NONE, in my opinion)because I have been going there for 3 years now and have always enjoyed the food and services but on 8-2-2023 I ordered 2 salads and a cheesy bread to go and was unable to eat it, so I saved it for lunch the next day. When I took the first bite I almost pucked because it was bad. The tomatoes were rotten, the cheese was bad and the lettuce was turning brown. I called and spoke to someone about the situation and was told there was nothing they could do because I didn't call the day before. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and had horrible customer service. All I wanted was an exchange. I think anyone that pays over $10 for a salad, that is rotten, should have the right to receive an exchange or their money back. I'm very discussed and absolutely unsatisfied with the way I was treated and will NEVER step foot back in this restaurant.

Great food the waitresses there are DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!!!!!

We order a large pizza with 8 nice size slices. The crust had a good fluffy texture with a lot of hot stretchy cheese and a tangy sauce that tasted homemade. The waitress was also very attentive.Parking: We didn't have any problem with parking. It was street parking and we went on a Friday. I'm not sure if the parking availability would be the same every day.

Great New York style Pizza and delicious wings. Very reasonable prices. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and my glass was never empty. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu on my next visit to Clifton Forge.
