Sabor Azteca - CLIFTON PARK

We went there the other day and ordered the pollo con mole and a vegetarian chimichanga...They were both absolutely delicious. We have even talked about the meal days later. I cant remember the last time I had mole that good. Usually it has either too much of a cacao flavor or not enough. This was well balanced.Then the chimichanga made us both say oh. Oh wow. LOLBest Mexican/tex-mex food ive had in a while.The service was great too.Vegetarian options: They offer Impossible meat in most things (nothing pre-cooked like tamales) and they do a great job preparing it.

We had lunch today and my food was not hot when served. There was an odd taste to the enchilada sauce and the tortilla tasted old. There were odd kind of crunchy objects in the enchilada- maybe chicken bones. We were both really disappointed because we really wanted to like this place. The buffet looked sparse so we didn’t order it.

Outstanding real Mexican food!! Unbeatable service and great price. The owners and his workers show respect and do everything and beyond to give the best experience ever. God bless you guys!!

Looking for a new Mexican restaurant and chose Sabor Aztec. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was very good. I just could of use a little more heat and should have asked for a sauce. Overall it was a good experience.
