I couldn't get my food even an hour after ordering. Even after an hour, my order didn't go in and they were so busy that it was hard to check my order. Eventually, I canceled all the food.

Horrible dominos. Order but flip a coin if it will be placed or delivered at the time the call center says. Terrible communication between the two.

Front counter was sweet. Manager isn't a manager. Has ear pods in both ears and when front counter asked about me getting boneless wings n adding bbq which I've done several times just not this location. The manager walked up removed one ear pods to hear the question , responded we don't do that hear and put ear pods back in and walked away. Just wow golden customer service at this location. Won't ever be back and will report to corporate. Wasn't handled professionally at all. I wasn't the only one being ignored or treated rude. So update got my cheesey bread I settled for. Bacon jalapeno stuffed bread. I got 1 jalapeno and no bacon. Wasn't even worth goin in and saying anything due to the careless manager.

My wife made an online order on 9/6/23 at 1:3ppm, for 28 pizza, for an event we were having. She received a confirmation email that the order would be ready by 5:30pm. I go to the store at 5:30pm and the manager said, Oh they 're not ready yet because we got busy. I explained that 's unacceptable as they have had since 1:30pm to get the food ready. She offered no discount and all I received was a pathetic (in a low voice) I 'm sorry, and that my order would be ready by 6:00pm (which is the time the event started). I walked out of the restaurant at 6:02pm and was late with the food! There was a young man in there doing all he could do to e expedite the order and it appeared he was running a one man show! I have a complaint with the corporate office, but I[m not sure anything will happen with that. Stay away from here, I will!!
