Ledo Pizza - Clinton

The pizza is excellent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The person on the phone had a really unfriendly attitude.

To my dismay, I noticed that four tables were dirty, still bearing the remnants of previous customers’ meals. I checked another area and found more of the same. I asked for napkins and used hand sanitizer to clean a table myself. Once I finally tried the pizza I had ordered, I was shocked to find that it didn’t taste like Ledo's sauce at all! It was overly salty. Being a regular customer who always orders extra Ledo's sauce, I can assure you that this was different—almost like they had added too much salt or used a different tomato sauce to cut costs. I won't be coming back to this location again!

The calzone was incredibly large, light, and absolutely amazing! They honored my request to bake my food just as I wanted, and not well done!

Prices seem to rise. Cost me almost $35 for a medium pizza, half a pound of boneless wings and 2 drinks. A few months ago, the same cost me just $23. (We always get the same) And the boneless wings were completely drowned in BBQ sauce instead of sitting in the BBQ, it looked like they just poured it over them. This made them extremely sloppy and many BBQ sauce in the container. What a waste of product.

The cashier lied to me straight to my face. I asked for a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. Left side was bacon, and the right side was chicken and jalapeño. (I have a coworker who can?t eat pork due to health reasons). They put bacon on the entire pizza which I saw with my own two eyes without walking out of the store. I also told him to look at the pizza but they tried to deny it EVEN WITH THE PROOF IN THEIR FACE. I grabbed bacon off of the side of the pizza that the chicken and jalapeño was suppose to be on because they were just lying to my face and being very disrespectful and would not take accountability for their mistake. They said ?oh maybe only 2 or 3 pieces of bacon got on that side? but the entire pizza was covered in bacon and I even showed it to him and picked pieces off of it for them to see . They don?t care about the customers that come there. A very unpleasant experience. Disrespectful and inconsiderate.
