The food we had tonight was excellent; the Ribeye steaks were incredibly juicy. Even though the restaurant was short-staffed, Barbara did an outstanding job keeping everything organized for us. She even handled our payment at the register with a smile the entire time. We will definitely be returning!

During our last few visits, we've had the pleasure of being served by Jordan. We've never experienced bad service here; all the staff are incredibly friendly, but Jordan has particularly caught my attention. She is very attentive, friendly, and just a delight to be around. She always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to remember my usual order. She also offers suggestions if I'm in the mood for something different and has a great rapport with my kids. We truly appreciate all the wonderful staff at our local Shoney's!

Our group visited this Shoney's after a fishing trip at nearby Lake Norris. We were truly impressed by the fresh and delicious selection of food at the buffet, along with excellent coffee. The service was exceptional, and the restaurant was very clean! Honestly, what more could you want? It was the BEST breakfast we've had in a long time! A special shoutout to our server, Aliza! Thank you!

We had to wait for five different customers to pay before we were seated. The person that took our drink order never brought them. We had no silverware to eat with and had to get our own. Jordyn came over and asked if we needed anything we told her what had happened and she immediately smiled and said it would get taken care of. She got our drinks and took excellent care of us the rest of our visit. She is personable and sees the needs of the diners and gets it done with a smile.

What ended up being our waitress just happened to be upfront and held the door for us and welcomed us with a big ol smile. She was so nice I wish I had got her name. Food was good but there salads are the best
