Wow? I lost my words when a worker was ill yesterday morning. A white employee called an African American customer an ignorant n*gga because she wanted to be refunded because she could not wait for her online order (that would take another 15 minutes at the time she had already waited. The worker was completely out of line and made a huge scene even offer to fight the customer who had two young children with her. I'm amazed at how the customer held their composure. I'll never make another dollar to this industry.

Whenever I order online at this point the order is NIE ready when I get there. I still have to wait 10 minutes. PLUS, the checkout is always filled with something else, then orders. It is a constant problem, not even with one employee. My experience with this location is always the same, also with other employees? re ALL deorganized. I don't think they were properly trained for the costume service.

It seems to have a variety of health-conscious foods and drinks. I usually get a pack and a mango smoothie. There are many mixins that you can add to your smoothie. I usually get a mango smoothie after work. Management may have to address the waiting area compared to the din, as it seemed unhappy to reduce. Don?t go here! The customer service is HORRIBLE. The staff don?t greet customers upon walking in the establishment. She wasn?t apologetic at all and didn?t offer me anything for the inconvenience. I asked her for a mango smoothie instead and she made me a strawberry banana. I?m disgusted and will never come here. Please hire better people that actually want to work.
