Great Baraboo Brewing

Excellent food and great place to watch a game / adventure. I hope to try again soon because the service was absolutely terrible, nothing was right and we were missing items we ordered. I think I would have had at least 2 more drinks if the server was back more than twice in 2 hours. It seems like a funny place, and maybe I caught it in a night away.

We ordered from here for dinner Saturday night. good food and service! The lady who took my order was very professional and pleasantly healing. I ordered a mushroom pig and my bf got the Brewhouse Bbq Burger. It was fresh, still warm and nice combed. Very recommended! Food: 5/5

Stopped for the $5 Boomba's on Wednesday and also caught Happy Hour app's BOGO I had steak bites served with pita in a buttery Worcestershire type sauce) medium and Southwest Eggrolls 3). My friend had chicken strips and potato skins he took half home for his lunch I ate all of mine!)I enjoyed an IPA with my meal. As usual, service was great.The specials on food are always good too, varies by day.

It just seems like this place lacks any sense of care at all anymore. Ive been here more times than I can count over the years but the past few times the service has just gotten progressively worse. I ordered some sweet potato fries as a side, which are $6 by the way, that came out ice cold right away. I finished my whole meal before someone, who I assume was a manger, came out to take my empty dishes. I told her about the fries and how our server hasnt been back since we got our food. The server then comes out and proceeds to tell me they will be taken off the bill and that they get cold from being kept at the top of the basket. What does that even mean? I was never given a true apology or any discount. I honestly left a place that used to be one of my favorite places around feeling truly hurt. The only saving grace at this point is the french onion soup but even that is not enough to come back to a place that just overall has made me and my family feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope you guys truly take this into consideration and try to make some positive change going forward. Also going back and seeing they dont care about bad reviews what so ever speaks volumes. Makes you wonder what goes on behind the scenes especially in the kitchen...

Some great beers and foods good too. The short rib in the steakhouse burger was good, but its going to come medium. Really liked shark tooth, easy drinking beer that's not trying too hard
