Always a smile and very quick service in drive thru

Attendance talking to customers at drive through should be calling them honey or sweetie especially when significant others are in the car and don't appreciate that from strangers. I'm sure they mean no harm by it but it is not what I would call proper etiquette at a drive-thru when you really have no idea who you're talking to.

I order ahead and pay with the app. Drive thru pickup.
