The food was decent. The smoothie was enjoyable, but I received a cup that had a puncture in it.

This is definitely the best Trop I've ever been to. I make a special effort to come here. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind. I really appreciate all of you—thank you for everything!

Tropical Smoothies is always a delightful place to visit. However, I was disappointed during my recent trip because I couldn’t read the menu due to poor lighting and reflection — a stark contrast to other Tropical Smoothies locations. I literally had to step back 5 feet to look over the plastic barrier just to read it. I understand that they prefer not to remove the barrier, but I urge them to consider how customers like me can read the menu without being irritated by the reflection. If you’re listening, I suggest you stand where I stood and see for yourself; perhaps you'll find a solution to improve visibility. Alternatively, lowering the barrier just enough to facilitate better reading could make a big difference. Great, fast service! They had good music on in this location, too… good vibes!

Food is good but I’ve ordered Mobile to go from there multiple times and every time I’ve walked in and saw my food sitting bagged on the counter and not in the pick up spot. So each time I have to wait until the cashier is free and tell them I have a mobile pick up.
