Hardee's - Clintwood

Up early in the morning as I usually am, I wanted some good breakfast food from the fast food joint from down the road, although that's not what I received. I received a bag with hash browns thrown in carelessly and all in the bottom of the bag, a sausage egg and CHEESE biscuit without the cheese that I requested, don't get me started on how cold the egg was. 2/10 do not recommend

I walked in this morning and they were filled with a few tables of locals drinking coffee and hanging out. They were busy and Tanner did a very good job ringing out customers. Our food came out within a short wait. The hash rounds were light brown and barely warm and soggy. I wish they had been hit and crunchy but my daughter liked them. Our biscuits were good. The ice coffee was good I just prefer less milk but I'm glad they had Splenda. Thank you Tanner! Great job!! Keep it up! Yeehaw

I have been going here for over 12 yrs Clintwood ,Va ...We used to like the breakfast a lot and lunch too...But for over 6 yrs now its been touch and go ...Some times the food is good and sometimes its just nasty ...Yesterday morning we went to Hardees took Mama with us ..She never says a word about anything even when we do ...But she did yesterday and told us she never wanted to eat at this place again.....I'm so disappointed in the workers and the food....This place was not clean ..I understand it will be messy but it just was so nasty ! I asked the cashier Michaela to please fix our hash rounds fresh ...she never said yes we will or no we wont ..not a word ..so I said again could you please fix our hash rounds fresh and can I get some jelly ...she give me our cups and jelly ,so I knew she heard me .I said Thank you ,still not a word from her ....So over 20 mins later I go up to ask is our food ready she hands me my stuff and I said thank you .she still did not say a word she just keep looking at her long pink nails .... ..I got to our table, Looked down and the tater round were dry out ..I mean really!!!! I said I'm not standing up there and waiting 20 more mins ..so in the trash they went ...then our gravy was so nasty.EVERYTHING WAS COLD !!!!..Coffee was bad ....$17.63 in the trash ..I'm done Hardees I have tried and tried to be understanding ..But you all need to get some better workers and pay them better ..And there needs to be rules in place on how to be nice ....And if the ladies are going to have long nails ,they need to worry more about the customers and their food then her dang nails .And for the love of all that's holy STOP smoking in the door way And WASH YOUR HANDS !!..NOT A HAPPY PERSON !!!

Eh... Fries and soda machines are the worst. Fries are never fresh, soda pop flavor is off. Ally of the people who work here seem very sketchy. Prices are high unless your using a coupon.
