Angel House - Clones

This restaurant review is very critical. The customer expresses frustration over their order being more than two hours late and arriving cold, even after calling the restaurant twice to inquire about it. I waited 40 minutes for my order at the restaurant, only to discover when I got home that the duck I had ordered was missing. When I called to inquire about it, the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and insisted that I had not ordered the duck. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Despite the delicious food, the poor service completely tarnished my dining experience.

I can only give this restaurant one star, but I wish I could give it zero stars. The quality has noticeably decreased recently. The last time I ordered the chicken in black bean sauce, it was so awful that I had to throw it away. It tasted like plain, terrible gravy with a few black beans thrown in. The chicken in garlic and chili sauce had no sauce at all, just dry crispy chicken on a plate. The salt and chili chips were excessively oily. It was the worst €27 I have ever spent. If the health department inspected this place, they would likely shut it down due to its extreme filthiness. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I found some unpleasant hairs in the chicken balls that I couldn't ignore. I wish I could show you the pictures, as it was very unhygienic.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptional, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable.
