Supermac's - Clonmel

Probably the worst staff and poorest management I have experienced to date. Had to repeat our very simple order (chicken wrap and pepperoni pizza) numerous times because the cashier couldn’t get it right. We then waited 45 minutes for the food only for when it came out, the pizza was covered in sweetcorn and no pepperoni. It was also stone cold. The chicken wrap was very stale and mashed into the box. I can’t understand how they could make such a balls of something so simple.

The worst ever. Clonmel supermacs was always great to bring the kids to. It was a half hour before we got the food which at that point was cold. I had to ask for portion of chips for 2 year old who was waiting patiently for about 20 mins. The restaurant it self was dirty which previously would always have been very inviting . Sad at this outing

Stopped here today, passing through Clonmel. No delays, hot food and David at the hatch was very polite and helpful.

This must be the best of the Supermacs outlets. It's spotlessly clean and the staff are great at what they do. We'll trained and obviously happy to be of assistance. Nothing is a problem to them and most importantly, they smile . Well done to all involved. We'll be back.

As these fast food outlet goes Clonmel is one of the best I have been in the country. Clean fast and efficient service. Food has always been very good and it has a drive thru. Located on the by-pass next to Tesco so a great location if you are in a hurry and cant deal with town parking
