To start off the owner of this establishment always gives me an attitude when I decide to customize my coffee for example adding mocha drizzle will send him off his rocker. This morning I dropped my frozen coffee in the establishment and was utterlyembarrassed. I tried to clean it with napkins until the owner grabbed the mop. He then proceeded to scold me that I ruinedeveryone 's morning because now they all have to wait and then charged me for a replacement coffee! It obviously was a mistakethat I dropped the coffee but the customer service at this establishment is -10. Happy Friday!
Refuses to put cheese on my bacon egg and CHEESE and won't put caramel in my iced caramel coffee. Every time. Rediculouse
The owners don?t make the correct drinks so they can save money. I came in for a cappuccino blast that is not made with milk. I told him to not put milk because i didn?t like it the last time he made it and i knew that was the reason. It never comes withmilk, been drinking this drink for the past 10 years. he said no because putting the coffee concentrate is to expensive. So itold him that?s not how it?s made. I called baskin Robbins corporate and they confirmed it does not come with milk. He refusedto make the drink the way it?s supposed to be made and the way me, the customer would like it made to save money. So he?s mostlikely taking advantage of all his customers to be cost effective. Never will i ever give that store my money again
