I was really disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. I ordered a full dozen doughnuts, but I only received 6 when I had actually paid for 13! Additionally, whenever I order coffee from their menu, the staff seem confused, as if it's the first time anyone has requested it. It feels like the employees really dislike their jobs. Overall, the service was quite lacking.
