El Preferido Mexican - Clover

Wonderful place to bring the family and enjoy a great meal.

A few of us met at El Preferido. The waitress came and asked what we wanted to drink.First, she brought us chips salsa and drinks. A few minutes later, the waitress asked if we were ready to order. I don't frequent Mexican restaurants much, so my friend said anything you order here tastes great.I ordered a chicken Taco Salad, which is awesome! If you're ever around the Clover area, you must try this place out. You will enjoy the food.Parking: They have plenty of parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchairs.

Best Mexican style around. Family owned operated with on point and friendly service that shows they appreciate your business. Haven't had a bad meal in the around 50 times I've eaten there. Ambiance is a bit rustic and bar like but the food and drink prices are the most reasonable around. If your local or in the area, give them a try. They also have outdoor seating for those beautiful Southern evenings.Parking: Parking is plentiful with easy disabled accessibility. There is additional parking in the rear should main parking become full.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly and children are welcome with a great kids menu. They have high chairs and easy seating options.Wheelchair accessibility: Two disabled parking spaces with a wheelchair ramp leading to the door. The stairs to the door are only a couple steps and aren't steep for those with mobility challenges.

Great authentic food, first visit, had the combo and got a cheese burrito, which was awesome, also had the cheese pepper, which was also good, got sliced avocado with it, prices are reasonable, I enjoyed it, my wife had the arroz con camaron, she didn’t like it, said it didn’t have any flavor, very casual restaurant and bar, serves beer and wine only , hope to be back, staff was great, thank you !Vegetarian options: Many cheese options instead of protein
