Moe's Southwest Grill - Clover

We go a lot because my kids love it. I keep saying? Never again? Maybe this time when the kids insist? At least 50% of the time items are missing and/or are incorrect. In the last weeks (or months? the cheese has not even been melted on the Quesadillas. I called up problems in the app several times and reported, but nothing came about, I finally gave up to report them, although it happens again and again. Today I had a lukewarm quesadilla with what still looked like shredded cheese (not melted at all and chunky queso? (Chunks of queso pictured-looks a bit like chicken, but nope- it?s the dip. The depicted cheese fell from the Queensadilla, which is how undercooked they were. Experience/service is good. Food and accuracy could use a lot of improvement.

Moe 's was our place at one point. The last two visits, the food is not as good as it was. Yesterday they didn't put Guacamole on our home wreckers. It was an online order and one of them had special instructions not to forget it. We always need to remind them when we go through the line. How should we try the GOAT that they are marketing if they don't even put it on the product that it should have?

A long time ago, if you asked me what my thoughts were about Moes, I wouldn't even have considered it. very bad experience in another place for the first time. So that said this place didn't just change my mind, I'm here for lunch. Moe's, here at Lake Wylie makes this team amazing food, very friendly and very fast service.

Only good on my trip was the welcome to Moe when I got through the door. I don't like them leaving your pick-up order through the exit door... in all honesty, someone can pick up your order or go through your bag. I didn't complain because they fixed it anyway late, so it was pretty much put in my hand. My biggest thing was the actual food. I guess I have higher expectations. I often have chipotle near my house, but Moe 's is near my job, so I decided to try it. I use a moe 's in my college days on campus. It was nothing I remember. My food was cold, the chicken dish had 4 chickens. They were friendly, about 1/2 onion and 1/4 bell-pinne completely to place in my bowl. Can invest in a better chopper/slicer. My bowl was missing the cucumber and sour cream. I had to fix my own salsa for my online order. I don't think I'm back to this place if I don't starve. Maybe I went over the street to Taco Bell. *Hohe's disappointment. Order #81256356

Being a Monday we went a little earlier to avoid the rush. The amount and quality of what a person gets for the price is hard to beat. This location has good staff, clean facilitie, and were very quick.
