They are instructed to NOT answer phones so as to avoid customer complaints Employees working with MANY Visible hickeys and cussing around customers is not professional even with no customers Dining inside
Went to have lunch the girl in the back was chatting (Elizabet) with the drive through chick leaning on the trash can with NO gloves on then comes back remind you I’m waiting on fish to come out does NOT wash her hands CROSS CONTAMINATES the counters all she touched starts boxing my food to go otter customers grand a dry napkin starts wiping counters , then I get a dirty tray with peaces of dried food stuck to end they gave me the wrong order ! this point I just wanted to leave ! A So called Manager calls me back at 05:20 stated she didn’t understand my complaint! It’s as easy as you my recommendation as you work in food environment is to get courses on Cross contamination and management skills first a customer is always right even if we aren’t ! Your supposed to ease the situation not try and argue with the costumer ! The only person who was great was the lady that took my order ! Never going back I work across the street what a shame ! HOPE I WAS CLEAR FOR THE MANAGER since she argued with me !
