Blake's Lotaburger - Clovis

DISGUSTING CHILI!! ABSOLUTELY NO STARS!! My family and I were really looking forward to dining at this place. We ordered a burger meal, a chicken sandwich, a Frito pie, and a pumpkin pie shake to eat in. However, the food was served in to-go bags, and there were no Fritos or shake included. When I went to the register to inquire about the shake, I was told that they were preparing it fresh and that it would be out shortly. I am very disappointed with Blakes lotta burger. The Clovis, NM location. Our first time there today, and we can already tell the employees are only there to do there job and nothing more. They didn?t care to say a single word besides the total. And to tell us to park in a spot and wait for the food. That?s fine. But then our food gets brought out, and handed straight to us. We happily thank her and she doesn?t give two craps to acknowledge us. Not to mention how over

We enjoyed the meal at Blake?s the other day. The wait was long, as expected. The food took longer than expected to come out. The temperature of the food was appropriate, the taste was good, and the appearance was fine. The chicken strips were quite tasty and surprisingly juicy. Nice crisp on the outside. Two were average size and the third one was quite small. Hopefully there can be more consistency with the portions. We had a couple items that were missing from the order.

Two of our four burgers were undercooked. My daughters chicken tenders were slimy and undercooked as well. There shake machine was down and told us after we ordered so they had to give us our money back. There fries are really good and only took 30 minutes after ordering inside.

The burger was good, while the chicken was just mediocre. The person who took our order was quite lacking in personality—it felt very mechanical. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, especially in terms of customer service. But then again, I suppose I shouldn't expect too much from fast food!
