I waited 15 minutes just to get my food cold and tossed at me. If you don't want to work here then don't!
So I visited hot dog on a stick in Sierra Vista Mall on August 11th 2022, with me was my wife, my mother-in-law and my three daughters.My mother-in-law ordered two large lemonades and one small lemonade along with about four hot dogs on a stick for all of us.After receiving our drinks, My 6-year-old decided she wanted her own cup. So we asked for a small cup so that we can transfer some of the lemonade into it for my daughter. When we asked the girl working she said that they were out foam cups. And when we asked for anything else they simply said no. We asked for a small cup again and they said no we don't have any. Even though I just bought a size small cup of lemonade.The man telling us no we don't have any was extremely rude with lots of attitude. My mother-in-law is visiting from out of town and she stated out loud that she is astounded with the customer service here and will never be coming back. The gentleman that told us no to the cups proceeded to walk into the back and mock my mother-in-law and said like we even care . And when we confronted in he took off his work shirt and said I'm off the clock. It doesn't even matter anymore. I didn't say anything wrong...At that point we received the rest of our food and just let it go to avoid any further conflict. The customer service here was so bad and my mother-in-law was so disrespected. If I could leave a zero star review I would.
The hiring manager clearly selected some questionable employees. I understand the challenges with COVID and the job market, but my experience was disappointing. I received a burnt corn dog and encountered staff who seemed uninterested and rude; they didn’t even engage with me beyond giving the total. I’ve been a customer here for nearly 10 years, and I’ve never experienced such laziness from the staff before. This is truly a first for me.
I forgot to bring cash, so I was planning to use Samsung Pay, but thankfully I asked first. The staff member informed me that this location had updated its hardware or software, which means Samsung Pay is no longer accepted. For those who are counting carbs, like people on keto or individuals with Type 1 diabetes, it's great to know that this location offers light lemonade—definitely good news for Type 1 diabetics! Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in addressing my issue, and the employee apologized sincerely.
