Contribuisci feedbackDon't ever school a customer for ordering from the app instead of ordering at the drive up sign it should take the same amount of time if I order from the app when i am pulling in the drive through as it does if I order at the screen I just know how I like my drink and the app makes it easy so don't ever reprimand a customer especially not one who has been a faithful customer to your location for years. I was not complaining how long it took to prepare and there was no one else in line so yea a little unprofessional for you to have done. Maybe think twice next time and grin and bare it and save the frustration for the people that deserve it instead of a woman with her child. Thanks!
The employees at this Starbucks are always super friendly and helpful. They even will offer a pup cup to my dog when they notice my dog in the car.
I go more but it can get expensive but so darn delicious.

This starbucks is the worst! No matter what, they always find a way to make you wait. i've even ordered in advance only to still end up waiting. The location is nice and the drinks are always good, but that doesn't make up for the long wait every time.
