Every time I come to this location I leave disappointed. I’m not sure if they are understaffed but the Coca Cola is always out of order ?? , there is never any hand soap ? in the bathrooms , and they have zero trash ? bins in the lobby. The food is the only thing keeping me coming back ?

I visited this restaurant on September 4th, 2023 and it was very crowded. Many customers were unhappy with the wait time, but the staff did their best to manage the situation. The food was good overall and the wait wasn't too bad considering how busy it was. It appeared that they were short-staffed, but they were able to handle it.

This restaurant is reliable, I have visited it multiple times. It can get very crowded when busy, but the staff does their best to handle it. I suggest placing an order in advance because if you order on a busy day, you may end up waiting for 30 minutes or more.

The restaurant is always bustling with activity, but they consistently ensure you're served promptly and keep you informed about wait times. The food is always cooked to perfection, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly.

This review is based on when we ate here a while ago. it's been a while because we kind of got fed up with the quality of our food and the inaccuracies of our orders as well. we would pay a decent amount of money but would sometimes only get half our order, forcing us to have to get a refund or compensation with DoorDash. The drinks tasted off a lot of the time as well. not like soda at all. like I said, I haven't eaten here recently so hopefully a lot has changed for the better. On a good note, their boneless wings with the Hawaiian sauce is one of their best in my opinion. if you're more of a bone-in type then go bone-in with the Hawaiian is good. their Sandwiches are pretty good as well. you can get them with any flavor you prefer which is pretty cool. can change it up every time.
