Club Italia Pizzeria - Cluj-Napoca

The food is not bad but the prices are too high and the service is a complete disappointment. Waiters are negligent and always seem bored and annoyed by customers. We asked for the check and waited for it about forty minutes; they completely forgot to check on the people on the terrace, this whole time no one came outside and when we went inside to see what was going on they acted annoyed and were even rude to us. This ain't even close to italian charm as they advertise it, it just plain old romaniam bad service.

Pranzo di lavoro in 4 persone, 2 bicchieri di prosecco, antipasto con insalata di polpo e fritturina di 'neonati' e assaggino di caponata. Primo paccheri allo scorfano. 1 solo di noi ha preso il dolce un cannolo siciliano buonissimo. 2 caffè. Amaro del capo non presente, essendo il sig Giuseppe, il proprietario, siciliano e disponibile l amaro averna. Tutto ottimo Prezzo 350 lei. Lo consiglio

I really enjoyed this place; I went there twice during the week I was in Cluj. The food was good and the service professional. We only ate on the terrace, which was pleasant and charming without being cutesy. The understated sign out front and the walk around to the back added to the appeal for me. I got the sense it was a spot for locals; the Euphoria Biergarten next door was more touristy and much busier - so busy in fact we bailed when there was no maitre d' or waitstaff to be found at Euphoria when we arrived. Lucky us - I am happy we ended up at Club Italia

Very nice location, behind the houses, in a kind of park/forest. Nice staff and great, great food. I dare to say even better than in Italy.

This place has plenty of choice on the menu, which is presented in Italian and Romanian. We both ordered pizza which was decent enough but not amazing. The lady who served us was very pleasant but while service is important for us, so is the quality of the food. Based on what we ate, I feel unable to give a higher rating.
