Hugo City - Cluj-Napoca

Good food and nice service. Had Hummus and Maccheroni Pomodoro Fresco, which I really enjoyed. The place is clean and well designed.

Don't waste money here. The food is mediocre and it is a self service calculated as a prestigious restaurant

I visit Hugo for Lunch often, because I work in The Office Building. The prices are very very high for Cluj-Napoca and for Romania. The people working in The office need more options to buy cheaper quality food, because paying 10 Euros a day for...lunch is not acceptable in Cluj-Napoca where the income is below 1000 Euros/month. The food is not restaurant grade, the quality is not high enough to justify they prices they have.

Good food, the salmon was done good and not dry. The salad was tasty with nice cheese. The prices was really low.

The staff was very nice and friendly, and the food really delicious. Large portions, of course, as in most restaurants in Romania...
