Yume Coffee Victorbabes - Cluj-Napoca

It was a really enjoyable experience having a brunch with friends at YUME. The minimalist ambiance is complemented perfectly by a really good coffee and great bites. Tried the grilled cheese sandwich and the pistachio creamed croissant, and while the former was great, the latter was truly brilliant. Everything was made even better by the enjoyable company of a few friends and family. All in all, if you ever find yourself nearby during brunch time, do yourself a favor, and go in!

The place is really nice, the coffee and the snacks are also delicious.. one problem that makes me give them 4 stars is poor and loud musical choice. The cafe is mostly visited by students who want to spend their breaks in a nice place have a coffee and maybe study something since it is in the street of the uni, but the music is more like a beach bar vibe, so you cannot really do anything, thats a reason I always leave way earlier than I would love to.

Yume has one of the better coffee in cluj- light medium fry Ethiopia, so it is very smooth. the service is very efficient and pro. the bakery sites are excellent. not least, the interior design is absolutely wonderful- very bright and beautiful combined in steel, wood and glass.

As regards the coffee, the place is great (see my evaluation on the roasting device and I will leave it in the middle that suggested the best shot between the locations.) but the place is even better for their baked that - I think based on the teig machine that they can see in their kitchen - are homemade. I had a pistachios croissant and it was an absolute steal! the croissant was light and fluffy with a beautiful aroma of butter and (French) flour, transfer it to france. it was filled as well as coated with a smooth pistachio cream and finished with crispy and some of the greenest chopped pistachios. I'd go back any time, even if it'd only get a few more baked.
