Contribuisci feedbackNo longer going to this location. The staff is rude. They no longer serve decaf coffee, they say the canister is broken. And they don’t serve decaf latte either. If you have a Mobil app order expect to wait 20 minutes. The policy is to take existing customers which I understand but it is not worth the free coffee. We have been going here for 15 years. No more. Management you will continue to lose business. Just wanted you to know why we are no longer coming here. If you even care.
Still bad... I'm not sure what it is.. maybe different management. I would put it 2 .. better!
This was the worst experience I’ve had at an Einstein location . It’s took almost 20 mins to get my order . Just for it to be cold the egg was freezing cold . The worst part was the lack of team work I witnessed. There was a screen full of orders and only one person was fulfilling them . The other was running around like a chicken with their head cut off . She didn’t help the poor girl at all! She instead Just handed the bag once she finished the orders. She also took my order but it was a very bad customer service she clearly didn’t want to work this morning . I definitely won’t be back I rather drive far than return to this location .
Drink machine out two+ weeks, shelves not stocked. Not coming back.
I come here a lot and Its dirty and they take 45 min to make your order Absolutely ridiculous
