Just been to a 70th birthday party. Room was eeally good with a view over the street. The food was so good I went back for seconds of everything!

Lovely friendly staff clean and pleasant surroundings. Only fault lift only holds one person but lovely will be back

I booked a birthday surprise for my son and his girlfriend. Wow! The hotel went above and beyond. Thank you!

Had an awful xmas meal at The Dragon Swansea Friday 6th Dec 19, a so called main course of a few pieces of nearly cold roasted veg and inedible toasted rock hard bread, shameful vegetarian option, mentioned it to the waitress but heard nothing back.

Awesome hotel with good sized rooms and good toiletries. Good food in the restaurant. Best bit, by far, is the staff, friendly and funny. Shout out to Ashleigh in the restaurant, Jane on reception and Vivienne in breakfast. You guys made our stay extra special. Will definitely be back.
