The fish maw and chicken pieces were not placed in the pot beforehand, but were presented by the waiter, who then briefly explained how to enjoy them. The fish maw was cut open on the spot and added to the pot, while the chicken pieces were cooked to perfection. The portion of chicken was generous, and the soup was so nourishing that it was a must to sip on it before indulging in the delicious fish maw. The Fried Fish Paste Stuffed in Fried Dough Stick was a unique and tasty dish. The crispy fried dough stick filled with fish paste had a delightful texture. The Meatball Platter was another standout dish. Each of the ten meatballs was made from high-quality ingredients and handcrafted to perfection, resulting in a satisfying and flavorful bite every time. For a surprising and delicious choice, I would recommend trying the Goose Liver Ink Squid Ball and Sakura Shrimp Pork Ball. It was my first time tasting them and they did not disappoint. The Lobster Dumplings were also a special treat with their unique and flavorful filling. It was a rare find and I savored every bite.
The Winter Melon and Conpoy Hot Pot is a refreshing dish that features winter melon, tender chicken, vegetarian wings, shredded conpoy, and imitation crab meat in a sweet and refreshing broth. My friends and I couldn't get enough of it and had multiple bowls each before calling it a night. The Big Roll Mix Plate offers a wide variety of beef options including beef ribs, beef neck fillet, wagyu beef, beef tripe, beef tongue, marinated beef, and beef tendon.

The salted egg yolk flavor is rich and delicious. The golden beef and squid balls are packed with real pieces of beef, which are very flavorful. The pork neck dish is beautifully presented in the shape of a rose, and the portion is generous.

大滾友火鍋 元朗鳳攸南街9號好順利大廈一座地下G4-G5號舖 . 夜晚約左朋友係大西北BBQ, 晏就決定同 ️早啲入黎附近睇下有咩好野食 . 元朗出名多火鍋店, 身為火鍋之鬼點可以唔搵返間火鍋店打邊爐 就試下呢間住元朗區既同事介紹既「大滾友」 . 晏就1點幾黎到估唔到全院滿坐, 好好彩仲有張門口位, 唔係就要係門口排隊喇 睇黎元朗區都有好多邊爐怪 . 玲瓏浮凸花膠雞湯鍋(半隻)HKD298 開始入秋當然要滋補一下, 飲返啖花膠雞湯就最好不過 店員係我地面前剪開一包金黃色既湯包倒入鍋入面, 相信係三黃雞湯, 之後拎左一碟花膠同半隻雞上黎, 先幫我地將一大件花膠剪開方便食用, 再放入已經半熟既雞件, 大火滾起3分鐘左右就食得 事不宜遲一人一碗湯, 湯底濃郁充滿雞味, 再咬一啖花膠, 好厚身有咬口, 最後食埋雞件, 嫩滑多肉, 2個人食半隻雞剛剛好 前前後後每人飲左成3—4碗湯, 完全停唔到口, 飲完店員再加返啲雞湯就可以開始打邊爐 配料選擇幾多, 最岩約埋一大班朋友黎食, 包保每個人都實搵到自己既心頭好 我地2個人飲左好多碗湯食左半隻雞飽左一半, 所以只係簡單叫左4款配料 … – show
