If there were no stars, it would be better. After checking Openrice, I already knew that the service was bad. I experienced it first-hand and it was really terrible. I don't understand how the kitchen staff can tolerate it. I ordered takeout and they forgot to charge me. If I didn't ask, they probably wouldn't have charged me at all. The three waitresses were so busy chatting that they forgot they were working. I doubted their competence, as the only ones making mistakes were the customers. They wouldn't even apologize. I don't know how a restaurant like this can still survive, maybe because it's the only one in the nearby mall? The waitresses definitely need more training. In this day and age, such an attitude will only bring the company down. I have never encountered such bad service in a restaurant. Even in mainland China, no one would hire you. Thank your boss quickly.

When I ordered takeout, the menu said they were selling beef brisket or beef jerky, but when the delivery came to my house, they gave me some extremely lean meat instead. I won't be ordering from there again.

The fish ball noodles are delicious.
