Contribuisci feedbackYuen Long has a lot of great dining options. Today, while looking for a parking spot, I discovered this fantastic BBQ restaurant. I originally planned on having Taiwanese beef noodles, but decided to try this BBQ spot instead. As the night went on, more and more people filled up the restaurant. The "Pork and Chicken Combo" was a generous portion with Satsuma chicken thigh, pork chop, and pork belly, all for only $198. The pork belly was delicious, with rich pork fat flavor that seeps into the pork belly, making it tender. The Satsuma chicken is purebred, hormone-free, with high nutritional value. The chicken thigh was particularly tender and smooth. The chicken skin here is thick and crispy, requiring skill to get it just right because of the amount of chicken fat. It's not easy to control the fire. The second piece finally achieved that crispy texture. The "Wagyu Beef Steak, Wagyu Beef Shoulder, Beef Tongue" was incredibly tasty. For just $58, you can have Wagyu beef that is incredibly tender, juicy, and not greasy. The fats melt on your tongue. The beef tongue has a particularly strong beef flavor, and while the texture is a bit chewy compared to the Wagyu, it's still delicious. The "Kyoto Grilled Cod Fish" is a must-try. It's made with white miso, giving it a sweet and unique taste, with a tender and delicate texture. The "Grilled Pineapple" is also a must-try, with its sweet and juicy flavors. After indulging in all the BBQ dishes, finishing off with the grilled pineapple helps to cleanse the palate.
We ordered the Special Selected Beef Platter ($398): all four types of beef were delicious with a good balance of fat. The Osaka Castle Platter ($268) was presented like a castle, very unique, with different types of meat on each level including pork and chicken, and it came with lettuce and Korean sauce. The Beef Tongue Trio ($218) had two types that were average, a bit tough, so I may not order that again next time. With four people dining, we were still not full, so we ordered another platter, the Seafood Platter ($538). The seafood was very fresh, the lobster was succulent and delicious.
BBQ Lunch set from $88 up, plus 10% service charge, except weekdays. Various choice for different types of beef pork. Lunch set includes one dishes of meat, soup, salad, dessert hot drink, add $5 for iced tea/soft drink. The meat portion is big enough for one person, soup rice is unlimited to eat. It's unhealthy to flavor food with too much seasoning. And the beef is too sweet.
The food was delicious and the pricing was very reasonable.
