Recently, I visited a unique restaurant that came highly recommended by a friend and is a must-visit spot for foodies. The fried egg sandwich at Longfeng Restaurant is truly a creative masterpiece, and their selection of bottled milk teas is also quite tempting. If you plan on dining in, be sure to arrive early as there are only two tables available. Luckily, I arrived just as the owner was opening the restaurant, so there was no wait. However, I heard that even for takeout orders, there is a 45-minute wait. The egg sandwiches all looked so delicious that I couldn't resist trying them all, and you can even opt for a rice option if you're not too hungry. If you order an egg sandwich, you can enjoy a $5 discount on bottled milk tea and selected drinks. There are several choices of bottled milk tea ranging from $25 to $38, with options for less sugar or no sugar. I chose the Lapsang Souchong Milk Tea ($32) and the flavor was refreshing and perfect for a summer day. For a stronger tea aroma, I recommend choosing the less sugar option, which also has a smooth texture. Each bottle of milk tea is labeled with English letters to ensure you get the right one. For example, 1S is the Less Sweet Hong Kong-style Milk Tea ($38), and JS is the Less Sweet White Orchid Milk Tea ($32). Some customers who didn't want to wait for takeout opted to just buy the milk tea, which speaks to its popularity. Typically, we are used to egg sandwiches with bread and scrambled eggs, but here they are the opposite. The Black Truffle and Portobello Mushroom Egg Sandwich ($68) features fragrant black truffle on top of a velvety scrambled egg. The moist bread and rich, juicy portobello mushrooms make for a delightful combination. Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem that is definitely worth a visit.

This small, family-owned restaurant has a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Hong Kong eatery. It is well-known for its delicious Milk Tea and Scrambled Eggs, which are popular among both locals and tourists. Be prepared for a wait during busy times, as the food is freshly made.
