May be affected the import of staple food, but if they can let me know earlier that they can’t serve the $1580 or $880 meal in advance I will be much appreciated. Now I can only celebrating my Fd’s birthday with a $640 set but I can see the couple next to us having another menu and seems it have more…….
Not the best quality but the manners of the humble chef and his enthusiasm make the patronage worthwhile. However it's by no means cheap and pretty far away.

食物品質師傅手勢擺碟, 高
一間因mi 成員到訪餐廳而難以book的omakase 滿心歡喜幫朋友慶生,平時上網預約要較定鬧鐘12點book,見到平日都有位,已經有點兒 疑惑。 在路途中想起上次食的漬物已經流曬口水,當入門準備和司傅打招呼的時候發現,已經不再是熟悉的面貌 細聲和待應查證,原來已轉手! 話說不是已付Deposit,必定轉場。 唯有硬着頭皮地去食啦~話說我係比較矛盾而又麻煩的人(不太食到魚生) 司傅循例都會問有什麼喜號,當我說完,司傅(瞎猜老闆) 立刻當住所有食客面前說,好難做到喎!一度令場面十分尷尬。只好接受所有魚生都火炙。 整餐下來種種扣分,已經知道絕對不會再幫襯。 口頭禪 整整一個鐘內多次提及入貨貴,做不到。 重點,司傅介紹似背書又背吾熟的介紹,所有魚生一樣的整法,欠缺新意。當你食十件壽司都用一樣既醬油。 食完半小時已經要飲兩枝水才可解渴。 想試既人請三思!
