We visited the recently opened restaurant for the first time. We arrived for an early dinner and were seated right away. The tables were closely placed, giving the option of feeling cozy or cramped depending on your perspective. We appreciated the tasteful and distinctive decor, though we were unsure about the durability of the wallpaper. The food was delicious and seemed to be made on-site rather than bought in bulk. For example, the meatballs had fresh parsley in them. We also tried the sticky rice wrapped in leaves for the first time and enjoyed it. Overall, a positive dining experience at this new establishment.
A very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Poor organization, waitstaff not attentive. Arrived at 12:56pm and asked if there was a table available, no response. Asked again and got a vague reply that there was no table at the moment, with no follow-up. Was not informed to wait for a table. Waited outside until around 1:05pm, when someone else left and I tried to claim the table but an older man rushed in and took it. I informed him that we were waiting for the table but he ignored me, and the waitstaff didn't handle the situation. Ultimately, I left without dining at the restaurant. If the waitstaff had given me a waiting number when I first arrived, this situation could have been avoided. The way they handled the situation after the man took the table was unreasonable and poorly done. I do not recommend dining at this establishment, as the poor organization was evident before even sitting down.
