Ray's Mexican - co Ranch

Place was busy, still got a table very quick. Food was solid as always, very traditional Tex-Mex.

There are much better options for Mexican food. Chips hard, fajita chicken dry/chewy. Mole flavorless. Burrito cold. The water was the best part of the meal.

I found the food to be quite salty (so not particularly ‘flavorful’ and the margaritas (which we went for specifically were too strong and we didn’t really enjoy them. But it does seem popular and was busy, so I may be the minority opinion here!

Great food, awesome service and the best margaritas on Mason road!

Family has been coming here for years. The service is always excellent regardless of how busy the restaurant is at any given moment. If you’re going during prime dining hours you can usually expect a brief wait to be seated. The consistency in all manner of aspects, from food to server expertise etc, that Ray’s delivers is refreshing. Truly a neighborhood restaurant doing an outstanding job at serving its community.
