Unfortunately, they've changed their approach, and it feels like they’re trying to play the system by undoing orders and then redoing them. In the past, I would have wholeheartedly recommended this place; my orders were always right, and the staff was friendly. Now, however, it’s dropped to a 4 out of 5 because of these changes.
I really enjoy these restaurants and visit them at least three times a week since they're just around the corner from me.
I had an excellent experience with customer service at the Coachella location tonight. Even though I went through the drive-thru, I was hoping to ensure that my visit was a positive one. The young lady at the drive-thru window, whose name I believe is Mariana, truly demonstrated a high level of customer service and pride in her work.
Almost all your locations are as good as the next.. if you have a good business its much.. love the desire boxes. my biggest problem is the length of time many new items remain on the menu. There are some really tasty things that come and go in 2 weeks time and I just have a chance to get it one or two.. very annoying when you start to like a new article.. then some other items I love like the cheesy gordita crunch is almost $4 that is not as big a taco. Loved it in the desire box though
