Contribuisci feedbackWe waited 15 minutes to welcome us and our drinks came in 5 minutes after. as soon as we have ordered our appetizers, no additional dishes or spices were offered for me or my gast. had a manager due to lack of service and almost to another restaurant. we ordered the yakisiba fried noodles and they were excellent. I would come back for the food and Or ToGo....not the beaten customer service.
Our bartender this morning was on point! We absolutely loved the chilled bar top for keeping drinks cold! Blew my mind... I have not seen anything like that before. The breakfast frittata was really good. My only complaint was the hash browns, really difficult to eat due to the tough texture. Otherwise our experience was great! We even won at the casino which paid for our breakfast and beers.
Taproom 29 I hope you read your reviews, and I hope you reflect and make changes. First off, I love the spicy sausage pizza and Yokisoba noodles. They are delicious and highly recommend them. Secondly, you might be thinking, why 2 stars if you love the food? The service is why! This restaurant needs new management, new systems, and lots of training. From the hostesses, to the kitchen, to the servers, to the food deliverers; they all need a new efficient system and training. If you dine in the Taproom, expect to be there at least 2 hours. The first 30 minutes will be a wait from the hostesses despite over half the restaurant being empty. One time the host told us we couldn't sit at the bar because there was a shift change going on, despite the bar being first come first serve. Expect the next 30 minutes will be waiting for a server to arrive. The next 45 minutes will be waiting for your food, and the last 15 is for eating. I guess another 30 should be added on while waiting for to cash out. You might be thinking I am exaggerating, but truly, I am not. My husband and I have experienced this timeline multiple times. The service is terrible. We just love the food and always hope it will get better. The reality though, Taproom 29, you lose our business a lot. We choose to go elsewhere because we don't have hours on end to waste. Please reflect and make changes.
I used to like this place until today. I called to make a dinner reservation and they asked me for my player's card number. I had to go look for my player's card and when I finally found it and gave the number to them, the lady told me that they can only make reservations for Titanium players. Why didn't she say that when I asked if I could make a reservation? Besides, isn't that sort of discrimination? I really think that they don't take reservations on purpose. They make people wait about 2 hours even though they have tables available so that people go gamble and spend money while they wait because they know there's nothing else to do while waiting. That sucks!
Has to be the worst service I have ever had. My brother and I arrived at 7pm to an empty restaurant was told the wait was 30min. We didn't understand why there was a wait but we waited. Then we got seated took about 20min for someone to ask us for drinks. We checked in at 7:00 left the restaurant at 9:45 not because we wanted to. Most of the time we were hopping someone would notice we where paying customers. Even to pay we had to look for the waitress to ask for the check. Then the check was wrong and waisted another 20min. Place needs better management. Gave it 1 star bc the Fillet Mignon and lobster tail where delicious. Also, the lady bussing the tables kept trying to find our waitress for us. We appreciated her help. Place Sucks take your money somewhere else.
