Tim Hortons - Coaldale

Easy access from hwy. 3 and a good stop for coffee and snacks. washrooms and restaurant both very clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Loved our coffee mocha and glazed sour cream donut snack.

It surprises me how menu points and service can vary so much between every Tim Horton. Is there no standard recipe for the ice coffee? We ordered 4 and they all lubricated like water. Zero taste. The foods were bad. Service was... so slow. Turtle slowly. And unfriendly. Not worth the stop.

Great staff always friendly and they get my order for the first time. Clean. You have a garbage in the car!

I've never seen a staff that was just there to collect a paycheque instead of trying to even do a moderate job. I wonder if the employees have a competition to see who could offer the worst service. Me and my friends weren't impressed. I was in a number when Tim's locations, and this is definitely at the bottom of the stack. You'll never see a penny of mine again, or my friends, cash.

Probably the worst service I 've ever had. Ordered a #9 breakfast meal only got the sandwich ordered 2 lemon poppy seed breads got 2 lemon iced drinks. I asked where the rest was and was told well you didn 't pay for that ...No, I only ordered it. If a person doesn 't understand English or know how to use a till, don 't put them up front. We ended up just walking out. Will never go back.
