Great quality food and friendly staff. I visited ruby's chip shop at closing time (8.30) as I was driving around panicking try to find some food for my house after our just eat takeaway missed three orders off. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and let us order even though I turned up at closing time. They didn't have enough chips left to make a large chips but they gave us some free additional food, which I'm very grateful for. I don't know if anybody working there overheard me talking to my partner but we had had a really bad just eat takeaway from another company. Ruby's chip shop saved the night! Rubys chip shop is the best I ever was in north west leicestershire. eating is brilliant and the staff is always so friendly! my family has been here for over thirty years and after them the quality of the food has not fallen a bit! (ps I am photographer, so I played with focuss and zoom on the pictures)

The best in fish and chips, more than just a chip store, as it is a fortune for the village.
