Contribuisci feedbackI put an order from the Coatingesville position at 8:30 p.m. and at 9:30 p.m. the tracker said it was finally checked. At 9:45 I called the store, no one answered. At 10 a.m. we realized we didn't come. It was a Sunday when we realized that the order did not come, it was too late to order from anywhere else.
I picked up my order last night at 8:50. The food was carried out quickly and on time. My only question was that they don't offer contact to the vehicle. It asked what part of the vehicle I wanted the employee to come, I said passenger side. The person went to my driver's side and was basically right in my face. Why do you ask the customer what they would prefer if the employees don't even pay attention?
I've ordered three times from this Domino in the last four months. Every time I ordered it took an hour to come here. I'm sitting here now as my food has been tested quality since 20:37 and it's now 9:38 PM It would be a thing if the food was warm, but it's ALWAYS cold. I've called 10 times and no answer.
Very disappointed! I ordered a med pizza- with mushrooms and sausage. They made it 1/2 sausage and 1/2 mushroom. I also ordered boneless chicken wings and was given bone in wings that were undercooked! I was told on the phone that it was $13.93. When the driver arrived I gave him $20 so that he would have about a $6 tip. After he left I noticed that my order was $16.93!!! Driver was very professional and had great customer service ?
Eric is great and super helpful. However my driver had no mask on and placed the receipt i had to sign in his mouth then gave it to me. Not covid 19 friendly.
