Slow service, cold food, wrong orders. Only 3-4 tables busy so not exactly rushed off their feet. Food took ages to come. When it was served it was cold (which they then microwaved !!?? when told about). Took way too long to get a coupe of scoops of ice cream which was then wrong when delivered. Perhaps there was a reason this was the only restaurant that had a booking available on a Sunday. Shame as it started so well when they first opened. Came back after six months to see if things had got any better. If anything it was worse. Waitresses are very friendly but the service was still poor. The initial taking of the order is good then it all falls down. No check ins if you want another drink. No plates removed when finished so we sat with them for 30 minutes, tried to order coffee which came 30 minutes later and cold. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Food is also average and takes AGES. In warm weather, sitting here on the street with a refreshing cocktail, discussing all the news with friends and contemplating the leisurely progress of happy, beautiful people is an excellent reason to relax and get inspired by the local vibe. The staff team are kind, friendly guys. The composition of the ordered cocktail was allowed to be calibrated to suit yourself add something, remove something. The serving of the desired simple scoop of ice cream, unexpectedly, happened with alcoholic accompaniment. They made us laugh. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other
