123 Restaurant - Cobourg

We have taken food out several times. Five times they were great. Last two times, (yes we gave them a second chance) they were terrible. Honey garlic ribs in water instead of honey garlic sauce??? OMG. Terrible. We threw it out. Where is the quality control.

I'm not a fan of Chinese food but 1 2 3 had such good reviews, we gave it a try. We weren't sorry! It was great. Tasty and plentiful -- and excellent prices. Although we chose to go there to order our food, they offer delivery in Cobourg.

Overall: kind of cantine atmosphere but modern simple and nice. Food: tasty and a lot of it. But standard, nothing special. Staff: neat and helpful. Speaks english.

Ordered from 123 numerous times...this time was not happy food was gross...not how it usually tasted... will not be Going back.. wok and roll in cobourg 100% better food and cheaper Called to complain I got sorry and they hung up on me.

123 Chinese Food Take Out is beyond a doubt the best in town. We are accustomed to eating Chinese Food in Toronto where it is excellent and 123 holds their own against any we've eaten there in terms of take out. The food is fresh, the portions generous and the service is always quick and efficient. Try not to let the appearance scare you off.
