This was my first time dining at a Middle Eastern restaurant in Coburg. When we arrived at 6.00 pm on Sunday, there was plenty of street parking available. The restaurant was about 70% full at that time, with only one waiter taking orders while the others were serving. It took a little while before our order was taken. The menu had a great selection of mezza, dips, and grilled meat. We ordered the Quail, Shish Kafta plate, Mixed Grill I II, and Fried Kebey. Our meals arrived in about 15 minutes and all the mixed grills came with homous, rice, salad, and pickles. After a few minutes of enthusiastic eating, it can be said that the food was delicious, authentic, succulent, and delectable. My favorites were the grilled Quail (lightly crisp on the outside and moist on the inside), the rice, and the Fried Kebey. If I lived closer to Coburg, I would eat here several times a week. I will definitely be returning for more.
This impeccably clean restaurant immediately captivates your senses with the vibrant sight and enticing aroma of a fresh salad bar featuring crisp lettuce, tabouli, colorful Lebanese pickles, and tomatoes. I ordered the fantastic and diverse 'Mixed Grill 1' which included lamb and chicken shish skewers, felafel, Lebanese sausage seasoned with cumin, and a lamb cutlet all arranged on a generous platter with delectable dips, salad, and endless flatbread. My wife opted for felafel with salad and was equally satisfied. This establishment truly offers the finest Middle Eastern cuisine!
Never would have thought this place would be as good as it was- it's hidden away in a small little restaurant but believe me you will not be disappointed. The food is fresh, plentifully and delicious. The quantity of the food presented is also great. All my guests (myself included) all left food on their plates because there was just so much. Good thing is, you can take it home for the next day. Prices are below what you would pay for anywhere else for the same quantity of food. We will all definitely be returning I highly recommend you try this place, you won't be sorry.
This place is the place to go when you're looking for a healthy bite to eat with the family. You will receive plenty of food for a reasonable amount and a relaxed atmosphere with the kids. The fattoush and tabouli is probably the most delicious I have eaten in any Arab restaurant.
