Chiefs Brew House - Coburg

Small town restaurant with great time flavors. The Geronimo with Chipfries ordered and it was delicious. Server asked if we wanted fry sauce or ranch, so that I immersed the chips in homemade ranch. It is a tiny building with many seats, so it can not be quite loud, but it is part of the charm.

Fantastic burgers! They're absolutely my favorite in the entire area—Eugene, Springfield, Coburg. The staff at the counter are always welcoming and friendly. I would give it a full 5 stars, but the only thing I would suggest is to improve the fries; they're often broken into tiny pieces and are super crispy, almost like potato chips. I'm not sure if that's how they’re meant to be. If you're in the mood for a great burger, I definitely recommend Chiefs! Just ask them ahead of time to make the fries less crispy, and they'll be happy to accommodate you.

I’ve been to many BBQ restaurants, and this one stands out with some of the best pulled pork, brisket, and prime rib BBQ I’ve ever tried. They have a great selection of draft beers, and the staff is fast and friendly, always happy to see you. I had never experienced pulled pork that was so incredibly moist, complemented by crispy burnt ends that added a wonderful texture. The sweet Kansas City-style BBQ sauce is just perfect.

I absolutely love this place! I've tried various BBQ restaurants in Eugene and Springfield, but none compare to this one. The BBQ sandwich is fantastic and pairs perfectly with the coleslaw on the side. Their fries are also excellent, along with the ribs. While it may not be a typical BBQ joint, it truly stands out!

Best place ever Been to th.... Best place ever Been to this place about fifteen times never ever had a problem with them great service if your looking for a place to eat at and you like hamburgers and wings I prefer that you go to chiefs wild wings.
