A new restaurant opened by a lovely couple offers a unique dining experience. Each meal starts with whole wheat bread accompanied by two delectable sauces - one spicy and the other made with zucchini, cilantro, lime, and salt. The daily special menu (20 bolivianos) features a variety of dishes, including a traditional Bolivian dish called Saice, which consists of rice with vegan meat, peas, vegetables, and tomatoes topped with onions and vegan cheese. The soup, made with potatoes, greens, and nuts, is also a standout. The attentive and welcoming owner, Rodrigo, ensures a pleasant dining experience, while his wife prepares the delicious dishes. Due to limited seating, be prepared to share a table with others. A highlight of the restaurant is the option to purchase homemade peanut butter, tahini, and other specialty items.
Karott is a vegan restaurant that I recently discovered, I must say that your meal is delicious, offers an entrance, soup, second, dessert and juice at a modest price. It's in my favorite restaurant.
