Domino's Pizza - Cochran

I wish I could receive the same level of service at other restaurants that I do at Domino's. The staff is fantastic. I've had the pleasure of meeting an employee named Justice, who has always been a ray of sunshine. He is consistently kind and considerate. Domino's in Cochran is fortunate to have him on their team.

Had pizza for my granddaughter's birthday. Everyone loved the food and had a blast

Went this past week ended up waiting over an hour first issue was the oven burnt the pizzas after waiting 20 mins when we were told online it'd be 13 ok no problem things happen then told it's be 12 minutes for the pizza that was burnt ended up waiting 30 min for them to hand my order to someone else then that person had started to drive off check the food me and my mom seen him open the boxes to check he reversed they took the pizza back gave him his and one of the employees came out with the same pizzas this guy had just opened we even asked them if it was the same ones and they said yes that it was store policy if the customer had taken the pizza opened it said it was the wrong order handed it back they said they could still give it out after it's been out the window will not ever be back to this nasty establishment even got the health department involved and GM said he will retrain these 2 employees I will not be back who knows what could've been put on that pizza it is against food safety to take food back through the window

It took 2 hours for the food to be delivered. The food arrived barely warm and soggy. It would have been helpful if the restaurant had informed customers of a driver shortage. This will probably be the last time I order from here. I do not want any free items.

Alondra assisted me with my order at the restaurant. Her customer service is excellent. She greeted me politely when I arrived and was very patient with me as I decided what to order from the menu. Thank you once again for your hospitality!
