Mcdonald's - Cochrane

All round garbage establishment. Every worker is ESL and cannot take a proper order to save their life. Always waits a x delays for orders.

One of the employees was playing music from their own device. The music was vulgar, with racist slurs and swears. Food took longer than it should have, considering we were the only people in the restaurant.

Made me wait to take my order at the drive thru menu board, then took the order of the car that came after I did. Then seemed surprised that I was upset about it. Offered nothing to correct the issue other than “sorry bout that” After discussing this at the menu board, at the pay window, they Then seemed surprised again when I told them to keep my order, and drove away.

Just went through the drive thru at fireside and ordered a cheeseburger, hamburger, large fries, and a kids happy meal. The hamburger was like cardboard, the large fries were cold and soggy, and they didn’t even put the fries in the happy meal! How do you forget to put fries in a happy meal? It wasn’t busy so you can’t blame that as the reason. Maybe the staff need a little more training? Make sure you check your bags before driving away. I couldn’t be bothered to drive back for the happy meal fries. They probably would have been soggy anyway.

This is 2nd time visiting this McDonald’s figuring it would be better food instead it’s worst burnt crispy chicken n the bun cold half fries not coming back here again
