McDonald's - Cochrane

Every single time through the drive thru they make you pull ahead and wait. Horrible serivice.

We all know McDonald's is hit and miss, but this store in Cochrane nailed it. Juicy burgers, crispy fries, and crunchy McNuggets. Well done.

On another occasion, I was double-charged for a meal. When I got home and reviewed my receipt, I called the store manager who said he would mail me a voucher or credit. However, it never arrived.

I had a negative experience at the restaurant due to an employee named Loagen Macqueen, who displayed racist behavior towards the Hispanic community. He treated me disrespectfully and used a racial slur when giving me my food. I was unable to report this to his manager as I was pressed for time.

I'm sorry, but I simply cannot comprehend how many times I have visited this restaurant and ordered a double double coffee, only to find that there is not even a hint of sugar in it. It's not that difficult, guys. When a customer asks for a double double, how can you forget to add sugar? Come on. P.S. The coffee tasted like...
