Tim Hortons - Cochrane

Timbits were dry and the pumpkin spice latte was blah.

I am a regular customer of this location. Most of the staff at this location are very nice, expect 1 filipino lady in her 40s who treats me very rudely compared to other customers. I have felt very discriminated every time she is their and today’s experience was the worst, she makes me feel that I am not welcome their as soon as I enter the shop, rudely giving me my order and not greeting me ever. I usually ignore this as I just want my order and leave. But today I have gotten the worst experience in my entire life at any Tim Hortons. It was unbelievable. She told me the french vanilla machine was not working and then she told me the coffee machine was not working. How can it be possible for a coffee machine to not work at a coffee place and others can be seen sitting down drinking coffee. She may have a problem with me using a new survey coupon at this location but thats not against the rules. It is obvious she is discriminating against me, maybe because of my race or my physical appearance. No one deserved to be treated like that. Some other employees I have interacted with here were very nice and professional. It’s just this one filipino lady in her 40s that discriminated.

I liked the service a lot rick was the one serving me and he was super friendly and understanding will definitely visit again.

Love Tim Hortons!!Coming from Australia, we couldn't find a good coffee in Crochane. I LOVE weak coffee, and they made my coffee really well. I also loved their Apple Fritter doughnuts ?. Hubby really liked the Crispy Chichen burger ? .I found Tim Hortins everywhere in Crochane and Calgary. Most likely everywhere in Canada ?? not too sure?

Could use a bit more cleaning of the restaurant and washrooms during busy times of day. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or management oversight.Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access and disabled parking by the front door. They also welcome qualified service dogs!
