Carlo's Italian Bistro - Cockeysville

We couldn't resist trying the cappuccino, and it was another great choice, especially paired with a cannoli. It was one of the best we've had—the shell was crispy and freshly filled. Many places fill their cannoli too early, resulting in a soggy shell, but not here; they really know how to do it right. I highly recommend this restaurant for quality Italian cuisine. Our server was attentive and did an outstanding job.

Overall, our experience was wonderful, except for one issue. We made two reservations but still had to wait 30 minutes for our table while walk-in guests were seated ahead of us. We weren't alone in this situation. However, our server, Bella, was outstanding, even though the restaurant was short-staffed that night. The food was excellent too!

We had a wonderful dinner featuring chicken parmesan and ravioli, both of which were excellent. Our server, Jess, was fantastic. We've dined here several times, and it has consistently been a great experience.
