Rita's Italian Ice - Cockeysville

I really appreciate the quality of their products and the service they provide. My favorite flavors are mostly fruit-based, such as mango and watermelon, among others.

Next level. Rita is great, but this review is really about the pastry artist who created my Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Sundae, complete with peanut butter sauce, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. The sundae looked absolutely legit, and I could tell the young lady really poured her heart into it. However, it wasn't until I reached the bottom of the cup that I discovered a delightful surprise: peanut butter cups! This young lady not only met expectations, she elevated the experience and added an extra layer of joy at the end of the sundae. A word of advice: visit this talented brown-haired girl at the counter, and don't forget to bring some extra cash to tip her!

The location is great, and the staff was both friendly and quick. There was a steady flow of customers coming and going while we waited, which is a testament to their efficiency. My personal favorite, the custard, was incredible and exceeded my expectations.

I've been to all the Rita's stores along York Road and this store has the best customer service by far. They are always seem to have a line of customers waiting at the window and treat everyone with the utmost respect. They're always willing to take orders even minutes before closing. Awesome!
