Beachside Grill Deli - Cocoa Beach

My partner and I were searching for a spot to grab a quick lunch and stumbled upon Beachside on Google. It appeared to be exactly what we were looking for, described as a charming mom and pop restaurant. We shared a sandwich and had a lovely conversation. I would definitely come back if I am in the area again.

This small family-owned deli had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The owners greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in, and breakfast was served quickly. I ordered a tasty egg, ham, and Swiss cheese croissant sandwich, while my husband enjoyed a hearty omelette. My mom opted for a classic bacon and egg breakfast with toast. The chef even prepared a special chocolate chip pancake for my toddler. We all left satisfied and impressed, and I would definitely return for another meal.

Stumbled in to this place a few mornings ago, and I have been back every morning. Food is great, comes out super fast, and the prices are great as well.

Wife and I had a great experience here. The setup of the restaurant is nice and everything is super clean. A really good menu here for breakfast or lunch. I like how you get all you can drink coffee and soda. The pastrami and corned beef sandwiches were great but the real star of the restaurant in my opinion are the fresh cut French fries. You can really tell they are unique and crispy and delicious The owner was also super accommodating and hooked us up with Popsicles
